The Invincible warrior
I am in love with a brave man,
Who is known for the curses he behold,
Who was cursed by his mother for,
Born to her when she was a virgin,
Cursed by his father for being the ,
Fruit of a relation that lacked compassion,
Cursed by a sage for killing his calf,
That the wheels of his chariot will,
Struck while fighting his decisive battle,
He was cursed by his Acharya,
For deceiving him about his caste,
That he will forget all the skills,
He mastered at the crucial juncture,
He had been defeated by Indra,
By stealing off his Kavacha Kundal
Even by his great father ,
By taking off his golden tooth,
I love him for being the Suthaputhra,
I love him for being died for charity,
And lived like a legend epitomizing values
Oh ! Dear ….you are the idol of supreme manliness,
You are an inborn genius with natural strength,
You are remembered for your last words,
“That you gift your wealth to Brahmins,
Youth to your wife and,
Your life in the battle field “
I wish years could fly back
And I a princess blessed,
With enduring beauty and grace,
Winning you over with my charm,
I will wait for you in the banks of Sarayu,
With my heart pounding up for you,
Watching your long strides towards me,
With all the charms of manliness,
A body quivering for heavenly love,
I will be waiting for you dear in the river side,
Keeping the wicks of passion dipped in desire,
I will wait for my veil to be lifted with fondness,
The wind will beat a hast retreat,
Making my long black mane to bounce,
And my eyes will warmly glow with love
The fine aroma of an unknown flower,
Will fill the air that floated by,
Keeping the terrain perfect for a romantic raga,
And to make all the resistance in vain,
I must see the moon and stars hiding behind,
To be shy to watch the mesmerizing union,
Oh Karna! …I am waiting, to be lulled in your arms.
I hate you Krishna for your subterfuge,
With which you killed him fraudulently,
I hate you for your devilish plot,
To annihilate my love, the personification,
Of manliness and mental power
I hate you Krishna, for being jealous of him,
Oh! Indra, the king of perfidious Gods,
Even your Thunderbolt shivered before him,
Oh! Arjuna your Gandeeva was useless and,
Krishna, your Sudarshana Charkra was ridiculed,
Because it’s Karna the invincible warrior,
My passionate lover…,
The grace of whom, gleamed like the heavens,
And fire of his love is in my mind forever!
